At Halloween Costumes 4U, we want to ensure your spooky season is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that masks, makeup, and intimate apparel are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
